Transport information

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day, we serve hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring we always provide you with the highest level of responsiveness.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: order verification, quality inspection and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for shipping within 1-3 days of order placement.
Shipping time: This is the time it takes to ship an item from our fulfillment center to its destination. International delivery usually takes around 7-15 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, a United States Postal Service product. Once processed and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 7 to 15 days to reach their destination, but sometimes it can take longer.

We ship to nearly every country in the world using the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package reaches its destination quickly and safely.

Once an order requires authorization, we will send you a confirmation email. We will start preparation immediately after confirming your order. During this period, it will be difficult for us to change or cancel your order, but we will do our best to support your request.

Your order usually takes 1-3 business days (some items may take 6-9 business days). If processing takes longer than expected, we will send you an email.

Please take 7-15 business days to arrive.

1. Delivery preparation (QC, packaging, paperwork, etc.) typically takes 1-4 business days (some items may require 6-9 business days) and is not included in the overall "shipping time".
2. All packages have specific tracking information.
3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you. The email will contain a unique package tracking number. You can log in to My Account to check the status of your order. Click "My Orders" to view order status and/or get a tracking number.
4. During holidays, due to manufacturers and express companies restricting operations during this period, delivery time may be affected. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but we will do our best to improve this issue.

We take great care to ensure items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Therefore, recently we upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten shipping times, especially for US customers!

Your tracking number and courier website link will be emailed to you immediately after we ship your order. You can also track it in your user account on suseu.com. We will also send you an email if any delivery is unsuccessful. After receiving your purchase order, you are free to write reviews and get rewarded with points.
If the item has not been received or shipped, please contact us within 6 months of shipment and our representatives will resolve the issue within 24 hours. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.

Please make sure all shipping information is correct. If the information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update your shipping information, which may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. Customs clearance may also cause delays.
Please include your address in all details or the package we post to you will be returned.

1) PO email and APO/FPO addresses do not provide expedited service.

2) Shipping time does not include the 8-11 day processing period required to process your order from the date you place it.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, it may take additional time due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.

4) If your package has not been delivered within 21 days of ordering, you must contact customer support within 180 days of ordering.

5) Possible customs duties and other possible related charges are borne by the customer.
